1 - Discover

The Discover phase helps clients examine how their business could change through the use of technology. Resulting changes to the client's processes, organization, and marketing are considered in this light.

 

2 - Design

In this phase, logical design of the system is translated into physical design. The requirements for what the system will do are transformed into a system architecture and detailed design which stipulates how the system will deliver the requirements.

 

3 - Develop

During this phase, the system architecture, programs, and databases are designed, constructed and tested.

 

4 - Deploy

This phase actually delivers, and rolls out the implementation of an initiative.

 

5 - Debrief
